At KittySupps, we want you to be completely obsessed with your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
